Ingredients
18-20 medium-large mushrooms
1 brick (250 g) cream cheese, at room temperature
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 packet Creamy Dijon Herb Dip & Cheeseball Mix
½ cup cooked chicken, finely diced
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
½ cup white cheddar cheese, grated
Fresh dill, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, Creamy Dijon Herb Dip & Cheeseball Mix, chicken and Parmesan cheese; mix well. Stuff mushrooms with mixture and top with cheddar cheese. Bake at 375°F for 10-15 minutes. Garnish with a sprig of fresh dill, if so desired. Serve warm.
